Oh boy, if you think traffic is bad on Jackson Highway now, just wait......and then they are building more houses out here and who knows what....so, it will be bumper to bumper all day, every day....I sure hope Caltrans has some plans to do something with our highway......!!!!!

Well, Caltrans sure does have some plans to do something with our highway (Jackson Road/State Hwy 16)....they plan to bail on it and turn it over to SacCounty, who in turn already plans to put stoplights at every new "city" block between Sunrise and Folsom Blvd, to support developers in that area who need access to the (ex)Hwy for their projects; you can bet this will also happen with future developer projects adjacent to Jackson Road east of Sunrise. Welcome to poorly planned snail pace gridlock.
